The Modern Company for Glass Industries (MCGI) is a regional leader in glass containers manufacturing with a total production capacity of 90,000 tones/year.
We produce custom-designed glass containers (bottles and jars) in for a variety of industries including food, beverages and pharmaceuticals.

Our plant was founded in 2010 in Hasyaa Industrial Zone in the city of Homs. This strategic location, at the heart of Syria, provides us with a logistical advantage, allowing us to be consistently reliable in serving our clients’ needs nationally and internationally.

Maintaining the quality of products (special packages for packing foodstuffs) and the safety of the packed food, in line with the highest standards and standards, local and international, for food safety and product quality, through the continuous processes of developing the company’s facilities, using modern technologies and continuous training for our employees, Thus, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining the safety of food packaged inside our products, and taking the possible means of communication for that.
In order to achieve these goals, the company has established a quality management system based on the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001 for the year 2015 and a food safety management system based on the requirements of the international standard ISO 22000 for the year 2018.
The system aims at the continuous development of the organization. In order to measure the effectiveness of the quality and food safety management system and procedures, management has set and monitored quality and food safety objectives for the associated functions.
